Timescale of returning a item back
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
All products must be in re-saleable condition. If you want to swap and item in your order then you will need to send the original item back to our warehouse. You will be liable for any cost returning the item back to us.
Full refund Will be issued once the item has been returned as long as it is in resaleable condition.
We will cover any costs of returning items which are received damaged to customers.

What if the product is damaged
You can return the item if it is damaged and we will Issue you full refund once item is returned and also will cover postage fees of items returned. All items have to be returned within 30 days if the item is damaged. Please keep copy of postage cost.
My item is faulty what do I do?
We are really sorry if your item is not up to scratch. please get in contact with us so we can see what we can do.
You have 30 days to return faulty items or we will not accept return after 30 days
If you are returning a faulty item to us them please make sure you obtain proof of postage for our records. Wholesale home decor are not responsible for returned items until they arrive at our warehouse.
